BSG Stars Contribute to Special Charity Auction

Battlestar Galactica fans have a unique opportunity to spend some quality time with an actor from their favourite show, and at the same time, help someone who really needs it. Babz Chula is one of Vancouver’s most accomplished and prized actors. She has a number of famous friends, and they are pitching in to help now that Babz has revealed that she is fighting cancer. The Babz Chula Lifeline for Artists Society is holding a charity auction to raise money for alternative cancer treatments.

Starting April 2 and running to April 12, you can bid in an auction for dinner with:

• Callum Keith Rennie (Leoben on BSG)
• Tahmoh Penikett & Kandyse McClure (Helo & Dualla, BSG)

Other dinner dates:

• Paul McGillian & Jewel Staite (Stargate: Atlantis)
• David Duchovny & Nicholas Lea (X-Files)
• Chris Carter (X-Files)

There will also be a number of memorabilia items up for bid. Winners of the dinner auctions will be responsible for their own transportation and accommodation to meet with their host at a pre-selected restaurant.
